Important Site Announcement
(11/21/09) For the past 2 and a half years I have been running Twin Cities TV Source from my home in the Twin Cities metro area. However in the recent months the time has been running out to keep the website continuously updated. I hope you guys can forgive me for that. However now as I start a new era of my life I am moving to a new city within the next month. I will try to continue to run the website from a distance. However I may not be able to cover it in as much detail or as in depth or as quickly as I would hope or as you guys would probably expect. So in the meantime I will continue to do my best at finding time and trying to continuously update the site and bring it up to standards with content, style, and layout. I also want to encourage you to please nominate and share ideas regarding the TCTVS Awards. See the details below on that. The past years have been great and I look forward to a even better 2010!

The previous poll question was: Who Do You Think KSTP Should Hire as a Sports Anchor? (12)
- John Hanson: 8 (67%)
- Jeff Grayson: 0 (0%)
- Both: 4 (33%)__________________________________________________________________

Site Update
(10/25/09) Hello again everybody, Again sorry for not keeping the site up to date like I should, but I have been busy and quite honestly the news in TCTV has been rather slow lately. Anyways I decided to change the basic template of the site to a pink transparent background for the remaining time of this month to support breast cancer awareness month. I also figured with Halloween being later this week I would change the background to something Halloween ish.

- For the latest radio ratings and information check the radio page.
- I'm also working on some new updated 2009-2010ish graphics for the site which I will have up as soon as I get them done.

Don Shelby to Retire in December 2010
(9/6/09) Earlier this week at the Minnesota State Fair WCCO-TV anchor Don Shelby said it is his final time behind the mic at WCCO-AM at the State Fair. He is retiring from radio this December. Don Shelby has now said he will be retiring from TV when his WCCO-TV contract expires in December 2010. In an interview with the Star Tribune's CJ, Shelby said "At the end of radio, in December, I will concentrate on my final year on television," he said. "I'll go back to radio, if they'll have me, at the conclusion of when television is done, maybe as just a commercial voice for energy-efficient things -- stuff I have no moral qualms about [endorsing]." Shelby's replacement at WCCO-AM is expected to be either Chad Hartman (formerly of KFAN-AM) or John Hines (formerly of K102 and KTLK). I'm sure more details on Don Shelby's retirement from WCCO-TV will be released as December 2010 comes closer.

Fall News, Rob Koch out at KSTP & Site Updates
